All vaccinations & boosters should be kept up to date. This includes: Distemper combination, Rabies & Bordetella. Please bring us records for your dog.
Male
dogs over 7 months must be neutered and female dogs in heat must
stay at home. Un-neutered males may not be accepted – (dependent on the dog and how other dogs react to him).
If
your dog has a chronic medical condition, is recovering from an
injury or has a past injury, has allergies or is taking regular
medicine please let us know the details so we can make sure their
needs are properly taken care of to the best of our ability.
We recommend that all clients take preventative measures by keeping their dogs vaccinations up to date. However it is the responsibility of each individual owner to choose the preventative measures that are best suited for their dog’s health.
We also recommend that all dogs be on a preventative veterinarian flea control program such as Advantix, Frontline, Sentinel or Program.
We
unfortuntately cannot accommodate aggressive dogs.
At
a SPOT for SPOT
we
understand that some dog owners choose not to have their dogs
vaccinated based on vaccine titer tests. Providing there is
no risk to other dogs and you have documentation from your vet,
exceptions under these circumstances may be made.
